Problems with login
The login error may be temporary. Try to log in later.
If the problem is not solved, update your app to use the latest version of GetLucky.
How can I change the email linked to my account?
If you want to change the email linked to your GetLucky account, go to your Profile (in the upper left corner) and go to Change -> E-mail -> Save changes
The app always asks for Facebook, VK or OK access permission
If the app keeps asking for Facebook, VK or OK access permission, download and install the latest version of GetLucky.
It should solve your issue.
Account and settings problems
I cannot delete my account
If you see an error message, it may be temporary. Try again later.
You may delete your account using the app. Log in GetLucky via Facebook, VK, OK or using the email linked to the account you want to delete -> go to your Profile (in the upper left corner) -> Settings -> find Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
Remember that deleting your account permanently removes all your collected gifts and points.
If you decide to use the app again, you will have register a new account.
I cannot upload my Profile Picture
• If you face any problems uploading photos from Facebook, VK or OeK, check your privacy settings ad make sure thou are trying to upload are visible to everyone, or to friends/ friends of friends (not to you only)
• If you face any problems uploading photos from your mobile phone, make sure that GetLucky app has all the necessary sharing permissions
If you have restricted GetLucky access to your photo library, adjust your mobile phone settings
If the problem is not solved, try again later
My profile picture has been deleted. Why?
Sometimes we have to delete photos from GetLucky to make our app a comfortable place for everyone.
If any of your photos have been deleted, it means that it violated our Terms of Use .

Safety and Legal Information
Report about safety issue or accident
Send us the following information:
– The reason for the report.
– Correct name, age, information About You and photos used in the account discussed (best to attach screenshots).
The following data may also be useful: user’s location, phone number, email and/or link to their Facebook, VK or OK account.
We take all reports on accidents seriously . The more detailed information you send, the sooner we manage to find the respective account to solve the problem.
I would like to report a false account or a business-account impersonating someone else
• What should I do if anyone is trying to impersonate me?
If anyone signed in GetLucky uses your photos and other private information, send us the following information:
– The reason for the report.
– Correct name, age, information About You and photos used in the account discussed (best to attach screenshots).
The following data may also be useful: user’s location, phone number, email and/or link to their Facebook, VK or OK account.
We take all reports on accidents seriously . The more detailed information you send, the sooner we manage to find the respective account to solve the problem.
• What should I do if anyone is trying to impersonate a person I know?
Contact that person and ask them to submit a support request.
The person you know includes someone you can represent (e.g. your child, client etc.). Contact us and provide the information mentioned above.
I think that one of the users is at risk
If you think that one of the users is at risk, immediately contact local law-enforcement authorities.
Is there a phone number I can call to get support?
There is no support over the phone, but we have an online team always ready to help you. As many questions are technical, it is easier to answer them in writing. If a problem requires immediate action, please fill in the contact form, and we call you back at the convenient time indicated in the form.

Note that all phone numbers found at external websites are not related to GetLucky.
GetLucky Support Service is free of charge. We never charge any fees for answers, technical support or problem solutions associated with security. We never request a remote access to your computer.

If anyone impersonates you or you think your account is hacked, do not contact our Security Service.

I think my account has been hacked
If you witness any suspicious actions in your account (sudden loss of gifts, the loss of points, change of personal information or a photo of your profile), there are several ways to find out if your account has been hacked.
If you log in GetLucky via Facebook (VK or OK) account, your account connects to a unique Facebook (VK or OK) identifier. If there is any reason to suspect your Facebook (VK or OK) account may be hacked, we recommend you to change the password to this account immediately.
